Terms of Use — Regnia

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Regnia mobile application and related services. Regnia is operated by KUTLUK LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Contact: info@kutlukgames.com · Support: support@kutlukgames.com.

By installing Regnia or creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. These Terms are available in several languages; if they differ, the English version prevails. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17, you declare that you use Regnia with the knowledge and permission of your parent or guardian. In-app purchases are closed to players under 18. At first launch we ask for your birth year to apply these rules; if you are aged 13–17 you can re-declare your age at most once a year. We do not store your birth year, only your age group (13–17 or 18+). We do not verify parental permission unless the app offers a specific control for it.

3. Accounts

You can play as a guest. Guest progress is tied to your device and may be lost if you delete the app without linking Sign in with Apple or Google.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and sign-in accounts secure.
You may not sell, transfer, lend, share or trade accounts.
One person should use one account. Multiple accounts used for unfair advantage are not allowed.

4. Display Names, Portraits, Clan Names and Emblems

You may choose a display name and portrait or upload a profile photo, and clan leaders may name and design their clan. These must not contain illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexual or obscene content, impersonation, others' intellectual property, personal data of others, spam or scams. We may change, remove or block such content. A photo you upload must be yours or one you have the right to use; you allow us to store it and show it to other players only as your profile picture in the game. This permission ends when you change or remove the photo or delete your account.

5. The Game

Regnia combines match-3 levels with a territory game on a real-world map. You earn Influence by playing levels and use it to settle, spread, raid and reinforce map cells, alone or with your clan ("Boy").

Location: Territory features relate to real-world areas. Location permission is optional; without it you choose a country and some features may be limited.
Safety: Regnia does not require you to travel anywhere. Never play while driving, and do not enter private property or dangerous places because of the game. Stay aware of your surroundings.
Game outcomes are determined by game rules, server state and your play. Temporary errors or synchronisation issues may occur. We may correct, reverse or reset outcomes caused by bugs or abuse.
Balance: We may change levels, difficulty, rewards, costs, cooldowns and other mechanics at any time. You are not entitled to compensation for balance changes except where the law requires.

6. Fair Play

You may not:

Use cheats, bots, scripts, macros, automation or modified clients
Spoof or fake your location
Exploit bugs; if you find one, report it
Use multiple accounts, coordinated fake accounts or invitation abuse to gain advantage
Manipulate rankings, clan elections, donations or rewards
Interfere with servers, reverse engineer or decompile the app
Harass, threaten or deceive other players

Measures may include warnings, chat mutes, removal of rewards, items or territories, ranking resets, suspension or permanent termination.

7. Clans and Clan Chat

Clans have ranks. Clan leaders (Kağan) and deputies (Yabgu) can manage members, remove chat messages and mute members for 1 hour or 24 hours.
Clan chat must follow the Community Guidelines. Messages are filtered automatically. You can report messages and block players.
We review reports and may remove content, mute or suspend accounts, and take action against clans. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
You are responsible for what you post.

8. Virtual Items and Akçe

Virtual items include Akçe (in-game currency), boosters, shields ("Kalkan Hakkı"), chest contents, badges, ranks, Kut points, Influence and territories.
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you for use in the game only and are not your property.
They cannot be sold, transferred outside the game's own systems, exchanged, withdrawn or converted into money.
We may change, limit, expire or rebalance virtual items.
Clan donations and clan reward distributions are gameplay actions and cannot be reversed or refunded.
Nothing in this Section removes your mandatory consumer rights, for example for digital content that is defective or not delivered.

9. Chests with Random Contents

Some chests contain random rewards. The probability of each reward is shown in the app before opening. Chest contents have no monetary value.

10. Purchases

If you make in-app purchases, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their terms. Purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery except where required by law or store policy. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. In-app purchases are closed to players under 18. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may deduct the in-game rewards granted with it from your balance, which may then go negative. Repeated refunds within a short period may lead to a review of your account for abuse. Additional terms may be shown at the time of purchase. Digital content and in-game items are delivered immediately. Where applicable law gives you a right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that once delivery begins at your request, that right may end to the extent the law allows. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Invitations and Sharing

Invitation rewards are granted when the invited player reaches the level stated in the app. Rewards are limited per month and per device. Fake or self-invitations are not allowed; rewards obtained by abuse may be removed.
Conquest cards you share are created from game data; the cards of players aged 13–17 do not show a display name. You are responsible for where you share them.

12. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Regnia for personal entertainment. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the game.

13. Intellectual Property

The Regnia name, logo, artwork, characters, interface, code, levels, sounds and other materials belong to us or our licensors. Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); Natural Earth (public domain).

14. Feedback

You allow us to use feedback and suggestions without compensation.

15. Changes to the Game

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of Regnia. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, create risk for others or the service, or where the law or store rules require. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where needed. Measures are proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the violation. We tell you the category of the violation where this is safe to do, and you can object to a decision through support@kutlukgames.com; we review objections and correct mistaken decisions, including restoring your account or items.

17. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app (Settings › Account › Delete Account) or by emailing info@kutlukgames.com. Deletion takes effect after 30 days and can be cancelled by signing in during that period. Deletion permanently removes progress, Akçe, items and rewards. See the Privacy Policy for what is retained.

19. Third-Party Services

Regnia uses services from Apple, Google and infrastructure providers, governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

20. Disclaimers

Regnia is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or stable rankings or rewards.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of progress, virtual items or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

22. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or the law, your content, or your cheating or fraud, to the extent permitted by law.

23. App Store Terms

If you download Regnia from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Where mandatory store terms conflict with these Terms, the store terms prevail.

23.1 Additional Terms for Apple App Store Downloads

If you download Regnia from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and KUTLUK LLC only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). KUTLUK LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for Regnia and its content.
Scope of licence. The licence granted in Section 12 is a limited, non-transferable licence to use Regnia on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
Maintenance and support. KUTLUK LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for maintenance and support of Regnia. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services. Contact support@kutlukgames.com.
Warranty. If Regnia fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of Regnia to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Regnia. Any other claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty is KUTLUK LLC's responsibility.
Product claims. KUTLUK LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to Regnia or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that Regnia fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims that Regnia or your possession or use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, KUTLUK LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim.
Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Developer contact. KUTLUK LLC, 30 N Gould St #66912, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States; info@kutlukgames.com. Questions, complaints or claims about Regnia can be sent there.
Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example your wireless data service agreement) when using Regnia.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Section 23.1 and, once you accept these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer, the choice of law above does not remove the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. You may bring a claim before the courts or consumer dispute bodies that have jurisdiction under the law of your country of residence (for example, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye). No exclusive-jurisdiction rule in these Terms applies to you as a consumer.

If you are not a consumer, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.

25. Automatically Generated Content

Some levels are designed with the help of automated tools and bots and reviewed by us. Level difficulty may be adjusted over time based on how players perform.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version shows its date and version number. For material changes we will notify you in the app and ask you to accept the new version before continuing.
